At G MEDIA, we provide professional design, branding, and website development services tailored to each client’s specific goals. Because our work involves custom creative processes and digital deliverables—not physical products—we do not offer refunds once a project has started or been delivered.
However, client satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issue with your project, we’ll work closely with you to make revisions or adjustments until the outcome aligns with your expectations.
Refund Eligibility
Since every project requires time, strategy, and design effort, full refunds are not available.
A partial refund of 50% of the original payment may be issued only if:
You request a refund due to a change of mind before the final project delivery, and
Substantial work has already been completed (such as planning, research, initial designs, or development setup).
This partial refund reflects the work, time, and resources already invested in your project.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
The project has been completed and delivered.
The client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback.
Dissatisfaction results from subjective preferences after the agreed deliverables are provided.
The project was paused or canceled by the client after work has begun.
Revisions & Issue Resolution
If you’re unsatisfied with any part of your project, we’ll make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue through revisions and collaboration. Our goal is to deliver results that you’re proud of and confident in.
