If a client cancels a project due to a change of mind before final delivery, a 50% partial refund may be issued to cover uncompleted work, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Revisions and Deliverables
Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in your agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur extra costs.
Final design and website files will be delivered once the full balance is paid.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery and quality results, clients must provide all necessary content, materials, feedback, and approvals promptly.
Delays in communication or submission of content may extend the project timeline.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved design and website files. G MEDIA retains ownership of all draft materials, design concepts, and intellectual property not included in the final deliverables.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

All client information, project details, and design files are kept strictly confidential. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
